Itinerary:

Day 1 : Marrakech » The high atlas mountains » The low atlas mountains » Agdz » Nkob» Tazzarine » Alnif » Merzouga(Erg Chebbi):

Your 2 Days tour from Marrakech to Fes is going to start at 8:00 am. Our guide will pick you up from your accommodation in Marrakech towards Merzouga. On our way we are going to enjoy the beauty of the high atlas mountains via the road of Tizi-n-Tichka pass. The highest road in Morocco with an altitude of 2260m. Offering you charming views as far as the eye can see. We will stop by, so you can get the chance to take some great pictures. Also to admire the beauty of the tiny Berber villages, valleys and oasis…

After a quiet stay, we will head to Draa Valley crossing the second pass which is Tizi N’Tnifift at 1660m. And the former route of caravans for Sahara traders coming from “Tombouktou”. In Draa Valley You will have the opportunity to see the biggest and longest palm grove in the country in a mood of ancient caravans with spectacular views. Then we will continue to Nkob then to Alnif and you will have time for lunch in one of the local restaurants in Nkob or Alnif.

After restoring, we will drive to our wonderful place (Sahara Desert of Merzouga). Where you will ride your camels into a magic world. Through the sandy dunes of Erg Chabbe, under a panoramic view of unique sunset of the Sahara. To finilly get to our camp in a relaxing mood you will have a delicious and authentic Berber(Amazigh) dinner in the heart of the desert and a night gathering around the fire with the berber music under an endless starry sky.

Day 2 : Merzouga » Rissani » Erfoud » Ziz Valley » Errachidia » Midelt » Cedar forestes » Ifran » Fes:

It is recommended to wake up in early morning so you can not miss one of the most beautiful sunrise in your life. After breakfast in the camp you will have two choices either to come back to the village by camels or by car, from there we will start our day to the old imperial city of Morocco. Our first stop it will be in Rissani itself is very interesting town, between the 14the and 18the centures it was the location of the famed desert capital, “Sijilmassa”, where fourtunes in gold and slaves were traded via caravans crossing the sahel, in this old and historical area you will visit the largest local and traditionalist market (Souq) in the Southern Morocco.

After a quiet stay, we will resume towards Erfoud. Then to Ziz Valley where we will stop by, so you can get the chance to take some great pictures.  And to admire the beauty of the valley. Next we will continue to Errachidia, The high Atlas Mountains, Tizi N-Talghamt pass then to Midelt the apple capital, where we will have our lunch. After restoring, we will continue towards The middle Atlas Mountains which contains the largest forests of the cedar trees that is inhabited by monkeys. Then to Ifrane or “Moroccan Switzerland”, builte by french in the 1930s, deliberately trying to recreate an alpine style resort. Eventually, arriving at Fes where we will dropp you off at your accommodation. Here where unfortunately our unforgettable trip will end.
